What about security?

We at Pavilion 75 Event Space want every one to have fun and to be safe while doing it. We require that you have security if you are serving alcohol.  We use off duty officers from the City of Shawnee. The fee is set by the police department and is as follows:

For up to 200 guests - 1 officer at $45 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours

For 200-350 guests - 2 officers at $45 per hour per officer.

If additional officers need to be called in, the hourly fee is $60 for each additional officer.

Additional hours are billed at $45 per hour per officer.

Do you allow wedding ceremonies?

Yes we do allow ceremonies! You must bring your own officiant to perform the ceremony.  You may make arrangements with your day of coordinator to come in the day before to set up. You may also come in prior to the ceremony for rehearsals. 

How late can we stay at the Pavilion?

Last call will be at 11 PM. At the end of the evening, you and your vendors will be expected to remove all personal items by midnight.  If you would like our staff to do the tear down for your event, we are to accommodate that for an additional $300. Your items will be ready for pickup on the following day.

My dog, cat, etc is part of my family! Can he/she attend the reception?

As much as we love animals, service animals only are allowed at the Pavilion.  Service animals must wear their official service vest at all times

Does the Pavilion provide alcohol?

We currently do not provide alcohol. We do, however, allow you to bring in your own alcohol and/or bar service. We can provide you with licensed bartenders if you chose to bring in your own alcohol.

What about parking?

There are over 300 parking spaces. Handicap spaces are available.  There is also a ramp leading to the door of the Pavilion

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. In order to reserve your date, we require a $500 non refundable deposit.

Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, although you receive 10% off room rental if you use our in house caterer, you are free to bring in outside caterers as well. We have a full kitchen for them to use. There is a $350 fee for outside catering. Caterers must be licensed.
